OUR MOMENTUM BUSINESS CENTRES

We launched our successful Momentum business centre concept in 2014 and since then, the business spaces have proved to be extremely popular to owner-managed businesses and investors across the region.

Our objective is to have business centres that are located near to excellent transport links, supported by good amenities and are close to residential communities, which when combined provide an excellent location for a variety of businesses.

At present we have completed two centres at Buckshaw in Chorley and South Rings in Preston, meaning 77 units were let or sold to growing businesses or investors. Both these centres are thriving and are home to a wide range of businesses.

We’re now working on another site in Preston at Cuerden where, when completed it will provide a further 50 units. We’re not stopping there either. We have recently acquired a site in Blackburn on Haslingden Road where we’ll develop a total of 68 units which will be available in mid 2019. In Knowsley on Randles Road, we’ve purchased a site where we’ll create a further 39 units, which will be available early 2019.
