Roundhouse Retail Park at South Rings is still currently under development.

Roundhouse Retail Park @South Rings is a new retail development which will be situated next to the M6, M61 and M65 interchange at Bamber Bridge in Preston. It is adjacent to our two successful office developments – South Preston Office Village and South Rings Office Village – and is already attracting strong interest from national retailers.

It will be developed on a 3.68 acre brownfield industrial site and will support approximately 230 full time jobs when completed.

Major food retailer Sainsbury’s has upgraded its store opposite the site, investing in a 20,000 sq ft extension. Premier Inn also operates its second busiest hotel at the Bamber Bridge location, with B&Q and Matalan also having a presence close by the scheme.
