Vets practice expands into more surgery space

A Preston-based veterinary practice has increased its surgery space after two-and-a-half years.

C J Mason Veterinary Surgery was set up by Chris Mason in March 2009. The surgery operates from Roundhouse Properties’ South Preston Office Village.

As a result of a gradual increase in demand and a desire to continue improving facilities the practice is taking a new lease on two units resulting in the total surgery space stretching  over 2,756  Sq Ft.

The practice provides a range of surgical, diagnostic and medical veterinary services. The surgery includes a fully heated kennel room, an operating theatre and an x-ray clinic.

Chris Mason said: “We have been extremely pleased with the way the business has progressed since we opened in 2009 and are expanding the facilities in order to service our clients’ needs. South Preston Office Village has been an ideal location for us so we were delighted to be able to consolidate our position on the office park enabling our business to grow.”

Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “It’s not only pleasing to see Chris succeeding, but also that South Preston Office Village has been able to accommodate his needs. His is a perfect example of the varied range of businesses we have attracted and we look forward to encouraging not only Chris but all the businesses to continue grow further in the future.”

Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Richard Warton from Jones Lang Lasalle are acting joint agents for Roundhouse Properties.
