North West property business Roundhouse has signed up Veltuff, an international workwear business, at its Roundhouse Court office in Fulwood Park, Preston.
Veltuff, which has 12 offices in seven European countries, has taken 2,500 sq. ft. of office space over five years, leaving 2,500 sq. ft. available. Other tenants at the property include ITV and Paymaster.
The UK parent company BACA Safety & Workwear Ltd was established in 1966 in Northampton, England and launched the VELTUFF® brand in 1996. VELTUFF® is now a global brand with head offices in Denmark and the UK with sales offices in France, Germany, Netherlands & Sweden.
The workwear specialist employs over 200 people and processes 1000 orders each day. In addition to manufacturing its own brand, it also produces workwear for Amazon, DFDS, GLS, and Swissairport.
Managing director of Roundhouse Properties, Jeremy Lefton, said: “Veltuff is a leading workwear brand, and our Fulwood Park location will provide the company with the facilities it needs to continue to grow its presence in the North of the UK.”
The high-specification air-conditioned offices are situated on the city’s outskirts within the popular North Preston Employment Area, which is served by easy access to the national motorway network via the M55 and M6.
