Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group has increased its presence at Roundhouse Properties’ South Rings Office Village in Preston.
The company which opened an office at the business park in November 2011, has experienced significant growth, fuelling the need for extra office at the popular location.
It originally took a 1,400 sq ft office on a 10-year lease and has now signed an additional lease for a further 737 sq ft. This now means that phase one of South Rings Office Village is nearly fully let with only one ground floor office available.
Since starting out as an insolvency practice, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group has significantly developed its service lines to become one of the UK’s leading providers of debt and funding solutions to SME’s.
The firm has more than 150 employees and provides directors of struggling businesses with positive strategic advice, enabling them to retain control of their business, as well as creditors and professionals involved with those dealing with debt and financial problems.
Mark Delaney, director at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, said: “Our business in Preston has gone from strength to strength, consequently leading to a need for additional office space. Our increased capacity at this office and convenient location means our services are more accessible to companies based not only in Lancashire, but also in Merseyside and Cumbria.”
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties added: “It is great to see a client experience growth and with our philosophy of providing flexible business in which companies flourish, we can help Leonard Curtis grow its operation.”
Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Richard Warton from Jones Lang Lasalle are acting joint agents for the South Rings Office Village.
