Roundhouse looks to repeat its successful business village model

Lancashire-based Roundhouse Properties is looking to repeat its successful Momentum Business Centre Model at South Rings, with a new development at South Rings, Bamber Bridge, Preston, adjacent to B & Q.

Planning permission has recently been granted for the 2.3 acre site to develop 43 business units, offering flexible office and industrial space, ranging from 636 sq. ft. to 2,544 sq. ft., specifically designed for small to medium sized businesses.

The new Momentum Business Centre site is well-placed geographically and part of a thriving, established retail and commercial centre, near to Roundhouse Properties’ flagship South Rings Office Village and South Preston Office Village schemes.

The first phase of the build is already underway and is expected to be completed by summer 2015. Units will be available to buy for £76,500 or rent for £6,000 per annum.

The properties will be directly marketed by Roundhouse Properties, supported by Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamilton’s, who is the sole agent for the development.
