North West-based Roundhouse Properties has now completed contracts to sell or lease all of its forty-two modern business units at Momentum Business Centre@South Rings at Bamber Bridge, Preston, just ten months after starting its construction programme.
This concludes a successful period of lettings and sales across the development during phases two and three of the build, as a result, the 33,032 sq. foot Momentum business centre portfolio should very soon be fully occupied.
The recent deals represent two lets and eighteen sales choosing the Momentum business centre to expand their organisations. Tenants leasing units include; Campervan conversion experts, Rhino installs who have taken on a 1,250 sq. ft. plus mezzanine space; Specialists in security, Traders Warehouse and GPS car tracker fitters, Trackerfit, to name but a few.
Purchases see; Forepoint, a digital agency acquiring a 2,516sq ft. unit and Whittle Graphics, a vehicle vinyl wrapping company join online camera retailer, Foto Sense and Ad Options, a promotional merchandise company who have taken on a 729 sq. ft. unit. Thirteen of the units attracted investors, who have seen a good return on their rental portfolio, with strong tenancy occupation rates.
